SOLID GOLD SOLAR TECHNOLOGY ?

WE DON'T THINK SO !
So why are so many consumers paying $9.00, $10.00 and even $12.00 per watt to have a solar system installed ?
At the bottom of this text you'll find a link to the California Energy Commission's Go Solar California Website where you can look up any dealer who has submitted an application for a solar system rebate. Choose any dealer at random and take a look at the details of the various rebate application submissions and you'll find many dealers who are charging in excess of $10.00 per watt for their solar installations.
Barring any unusual installation requirements, it is our opinion after nearly 13 years in the solar industry that no solar system today, short of being made of "Solid Gold" should cost any consumer more than $5.50 per watt let alone $9.00-$12.00 per watt.
And that's $5.50 per watt installed, regardless of the performance, brand, or technology used.
In fact, in most cases you'll find that the installation of one of our top of line solar systems will cost you less than $5.50 per watt even when using our biggest name brand, highest performance products.
Unfortunately, for most consumers, solar is simply uncharted territory, so in most cases, consumers are at the mercy of the honesty and integrity of the company and salesperson that they're dealing with.
When shopping for a solar system from any solar dealer, keep an eye on the dealer's installed price per watt. Too low and you should question the materials that are being used in your system. Too high (Over $5.50 per watt) and your system had better be made of gold.
